Our main priority is health, safety and peace of mind

We are closely monitoring the ongoing Coronavirus outbreak and will, of course, be following official government guidance.

As the situation continues to change rapidly, our main priority remains the health, safety and well-being of our colleagues and our customers. Therefore, we have decided to take decisive precautionary action to minimise any risk as much as possible with immediate effect – and until further notice.

Please be assured that we are planning for several contingency scenarios and would like to reassure you that we will work hard to retain the ability to support our customers with supply and essential services. Whilst there are some areas of concern, our business is well positioned to endure these events, and although we are working in different ways, we will rise to the challenge in the weeks ahead.

For the immediate future:

Our Business Managers are restricted from local travel and therefore will not be available to attend face-to-face meetings until further notice, but will use all means of remote communication instead

Our Technical Team is still available for remote programming, technical support and system design but all planned commissioning dates will be rescheduled once there is more clarity surrounding the current situation

Audiologic Training at The Learning Space in Harlow will be suspended and rescheduled – if you already have a place booked, then we will be in touch with you in the next few days.

Please contact your Business Manager or the team at the office if you have any further questions or requests. We are here to help. We will continue to communicate any updates and changes to you as quickly as we can as the situation evolves, reassessing our position as required.
