Shure announces new Intellimix Room Kits for MS Teams Meetings

Shure has released details previewing the launch of its new IntelliMix Room Kits at next week's ISE 2025 exhibition in Barcelona. They offer complete Microsoft Teams Room systems running on Windows and are designed for easy deployment in small-to-large meeting rooms. Shure says the kits offer class-leading audio and video performance and are simple to set up.

Clear audio quality is crucial for meeting participants and the accuracy of AI-driven tools. In the workplace, AI tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot rely on the intelligibility of the audio input to generate accurate transcriptions and summaries, to ensure key points and action items are understood, and to identify and attribute talkers in the room. Easy Setup with Zero Touch Provisioning

Setting up the IntelliMix Room Kits is simple and straightforward. With Zero Touch Provisioning, the audio, video, touch panel, and Windows-based compute device auto-configure out of the box. Just physically connect the components, power on and log in with a Teams Room account or use Windows Autopilot with Autologin for Teams Rooms.

The IntelliMix® Room software enhances speech and removes distracting sounds, ensuring every word is heard clearly and transcribed accurately. Shure’s powerful DSP comes pre-installed and pre-configured on the Teams Room compute for automatic connection to Shure’s MXA902 Ceiling Array Microphone and Loudspeaker. The IntelliMix Room software acts as if an AV expert is in every box, providing unparalleled sound quality featuring AI-enhanced, echo-free, noise-free and reverb-free meeting audio.

AI-powered Huddly video cameras feature Huddly Director and Group Framing, automatically framing participants and optimizing the video experience for visually engaging meetings.

It's important to note that this is only preview release information, from Shure in the last 24 hours, with further details expected to be confirmed at next week's ISE show. Our sources at Shure confirm that these Intellimix kits will not be available for sale until April 2025 at the earliest.
